Scarborough pick ups

• Orders need to be placed the prior business day before 12PM.
• No Same day orders.
• They can bypass the payment as they can pay at the store.
• An email will be sent once the order is ready for pick up.

Pick Up Locations

• Orders need to be placed 3 business days prior to delivery. (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
• Payment must be made, for the order to be processed.
• An email will be sent out the day of, advising that the orders have been shipped out to the pick up location.
• To confirm if the products have arrived, and are available for pick up, customers should call the pick up location to confirm arrival. Phone number provided in our pick up delivery tab. ( add a link back to this page after this statement)

Home Deliveries

• Deliveries are done in a truck that is specially acclimatized to ship out our frozen products.
• Orders need to be placed 3 business days in advance. (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
• Payment needs to be completed in order for the order to be processed.
• Someone needs to be home in order to sign and receive the delivery. We do not leave packages outside the door unless indicated to do so, in this case we are not liable for any products going bad
• For condo deliveries, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is properly taken care of. It should be immediately placed in the refrigerator to prevent the product from defrosting. Once delivered and signed for we no longer responsible and liable for the care of this product.
• We can not guarantee a delivery time.
