Delivery & Pick Up Locations

Deliveries are done in a truck specially acclimatized to transport cold products. After the order is delivered to your home, it is your responsibility that the products remain in proper acclimatized condition. All pick up locations have proper refrigeration to keep your order in proper conditions. 





  • Please place your orders for pick-up on Saturdays 2 business days in advance, and for pick-ups Monday to Friday we require only 1 business day in advance
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification in your e-mail.
  • Payment can be made at the store but order must be placed prior.


Orders must be placed according to below schedule:

    • Monday delivery - by Thursday 6pm
    • Tuesday delivery- by Sunday 6pm
    • Wednesday delivery - by Monday 6pm
    • Friday delivery - by Wednesday 6pm

  • Payment must be completed, for the order to be processed and delivered. 
  • Ensure someone is home to receive and sign for the order. We do not leave packages outside the door unless indicated to do so, in this case we are not liable for any products going bad.


  • Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your order is kept in proper conditions after delivery. 
  • It should be immediately placed in the freezer to prevent the product from defrosting.
  • Once delivered and signed for, we are no longer responsible or liable for the care of this product. 
  • We can not guarantee a specific time of delivery
  • Deliveries that fall on a Holiday will be done the following business day
